You're online check in sucks! I have no idea if I am checked in or not. There is no confirmation that my "check-in" was received, confirmed or denied. It is best to just forego your online check-in and just go sit and wait.

You guys really need to figure out this online appointment thing you are trying to do. Three appointmentments, three fails. Every time I get here some unsuspecting "first available" that's been waiting loses their mind because I might go ahead of them. We either make appointments, or we don't. Which is it?
